RedHat 7.1 and 7.2, not 7.0

The following files are tagged as %config(noreplace):

dansguardian.conf

(This really is just a declaration that these files are configuration files.
This means that during an upgrade, if any of these files are changed, the
changed file will not be overwritten, but the new version of this file will
be installed but appended with ".rpmnew").
