I would like to contribute this to the dansguardian project.
Attached is my spec file for building on RH9 and a patch (to allow the rpm 
build to complete).
I figured you could generate the RPM. If you don't have a RH9 box, I can send 
you the rpm too.
Also, you must build the rpm as root or the chown to nobody:nobody will fail.
