It is only today that the idea occurred to me: since I already have 
the spec file for Redhat 7.2, I could just copy that spec file, change a few 
parameters, and voila, I can build DansGuardian for Redhat 9.

Caveat. Since our proxy server is running Redhat 7.2, I am not able to test 
this rpm package for Redhat 9. It did compile without any problem. Let the 
users test this and howl if there is any problem.

Attached is the the rpm package: DansGuardian-2.6.1-3.RH9.i386.rpm.
